Dodge automaker manufacture with Chrysler has release the all-new 2011 Dodge Durango first vehicle to sport the new Dodge logo images and detail. The new dodge durango starting with the engine options, customers will be able to fit Chrysler’s 3.6-litre Pentastar V6 on their 2011 Dodge Durango, or the more powerful 5.7-litre HEMI, both units available with AWD and towing capacities of 6,200 lbs and 7,400 lbs respectively.
As far as design the 2011 Dodge Durango is all new both inside and out, and the passenger will be treated with higher quality materials, plus the three rows of seats (2+3+2) offer 22 different configurations.
The all-new 2011 Dodge Durango also offers consumers 45 safety and security features, including standard front seat-mounted side air bags and standard side-curtain air bags that cover passengers in all three rows, as well as all-new standard active head restraints. Electronic Stability Control also is standard. Other available safety and security technologies include Blind-spot Monitoring, Rear Cross Path detection, Forward Collision Warning, Adaptive Cruise Control and Keyless Enter-n’ Go.
The exterior is there for all to see, an aggressive yet contemporary look with smooth design lines and an unmistakeable front end that breathes Dodge design. The interior has also receieved a massive makeover for a luxurious feel. The three-row model is the first in an onslaught of new vehicles from the American brand and will hit the showrooms in the final quarter of 2010.
