I ordered 4 of these for myself and other family members not too long ago.
Worst piece of junk I’ve ever encountered, hands down…or hands free.
3 failed to pair… no matter what we did on our new Iphones. One did. I sent 2 back immediately for a refund from Amazon.
One I smashed into a million itty bitty pieces and mailed it to Bluetrek. It was worth the $47 of satisfaction I got from obliterating this piece of garbage.
I wish that I didn’t have to give it even ONE star!
At least Amazon answered and reimbursed me. ( They have my everlasting loyalty for standing by me )
Bluetrek customer support is non existent so I can only say they don’t care about their product
and won’t support it.
I solved the problem with the purchase of Jabra Drive hands free devices instead.
Pairs up easily and works like a charm. So far I’ve used it for 3 months and it hasn’t needed a charge yet.
