If you are looking for outdoor expos in Australia then you should know that it does not get much better or bigger than the Brisbane Tinnie and Tackle Show and National 4×4 & Outdoors show which are almost here.
In one weekend visitors will be able to experience two of the most popular outdoor, fishing, towing, touring and boating events in Queensland. It will all take place at the Brisbane RNA Showgrounds from March 15-17. The event is perfect for one stop shopping for those who love the outdoors.
If you are an outdoor enthusiast then Jason plant who is the event manager for the Brisbane Tinnie and Tackle Show and the National 4×4 & Outdoors Show wants you to know that the event is a “must for any outdoor enthusiast”. The event will include gadgets and demonstrations from things like 4×4 winches to ATVs and others.

If you are attending and you have your lucky shirt on, then you may be the one person to have the adventure continue, as one lucky winner will receive an Ultimate Adventure Package which has an estimated value of $15,000.
When you go into the National 4×4 & Outdoors Show, you will be able to see the latest in 4 Wheel Drive Vehicles as well as all their accessories from wheels to 4×4 winches. You will also be able to see and purchase the latest in dirt bikes, ATVs, safety and recovery equipment, GPSs, kayaks, tents, camping equipment and others.
At the Action Arena, visitors will be able to witness the TJM AUSTRUCK Extreme 4×4 competition which is an invitation only event. The event is presented by DirtComp Magazine.
Another highlight of this year’s event will be the Australian debut of Can-Am latest model of side-by-side sports All Terrain Vehicle which is called the “Maverick 1000R” You can see it in action or you can even enjoy a ride that goes around the arena.

Some of the other big names in outdoor equipment that have already been confirmed include WAECO Outback Stage as well as other names which you will be able to participate in a meet and greet with such as Peter “Spida” Everitt, Pat Callinan and others.
At the Brisbane Tinnie and Tackle Showby Club marine you will be able to see cooking presentations by chef Bart Beek and also meet the host of the TV show iFish Paul Worsteling. Worsteling will be the show’s official ambassador one more time.
Another highlight this year is the return of the much loved Fishing Expo Stage, Yamaha Supertank and Kids Marine Show.
The show will open for its duration at 9am. Closing times are a bit different with Friday and Saturday closing time being 6:00PM and Sunday at 5:00PM.
Admission price is $15.00 for each adult (a $24.00 two day pass is also available), $10.00 for seniors and concession and free admission for kids under 15 years of age. You can purchase the tickets at the gate, or you can choose to buy them at the event’s website. If you want to participate in the fishing prize package then you need to pre-purchase your tickets. If you have your tickets then you will also be able to enjoy a free travel option with the free train service offered all three days from Brisbane Central station, the Roma Street station and Fortitude valley.
